ENGINEERING
DFM, mold flow simulation, process development and process optimization. We excel at developing sustainable and repeatable processes and troubleshooting root cause issues. Ambrit employs a high functioning Process Engineering team with Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 Master Molders.
TOOLING
Full service in-house tooling capabilities including new builds, maintenance, and repairs. Offshore tooling partnerships. Mold design services and Mold Flow Analysis.
MOLDING
ISO Class 8 clean room molding. General molding. Presses range from 33 to 500 ton. Advanced Automation. QA Lab. Metrology. Molding process development using SIM methodologies. Process Validation (IQ, OQ, PQ) and PPAP.
SECONDARY OPS
Product and component assembly and subassembly. Secondary ops include machining, pad printing, hot stamping, etching, ultrasonic welding, heat staking, leak testing, and annealing.
